Located just outside of Houston in the Texas Gulf region, our award-winning Katy Model Home Center can be reached by taking I-10 West from Houston to the Pin Oak Road Exit. The sales center is about 1 mile up on the right. Our experienced sales counselors welcome the opportunity to help you through the process of building the home of your dreams. We invite you to visit and tour one of our two model homes at the sales park, the Fredericksburg and the Magnolia. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 6PM and Sunday from 12PM to 6PM.
