When you visit one of our ten Model Home Centers throughout Texas, you will be greeted by our friendly, knowledgeable consultants. They will guide you through the process of choosing the perfect home for your needs. But Tilson employees go beyond the norm.

Once construction begins, you will be assigned a Personal Builder. Your Builder will work with you throughout construction, keeping you updated on when items are completed and what to expect next. They will supervise the entire process of building your home and answer any questions you may have along the way.

Just ask Edi and Maria Martinez about the dedication of Tilson’s staff. They almost gave up their dream of building a new home when they discovered the lot they had purchased did not have a clean title. “There was a lien on the land from the original owner who died. Tilson researched the land and our salesperson did all the paperwork. She got the son to release the lien. It took two months of hard work. How many builders would do that? We will always be grateful to Tilson for clearing up the lien,” said Edi.
